After the inaccurate and pathologising article about intersex in Marie Claire Australia I was heartened to read a far more substantial and understanding article in the Canberra GLBTQ publication, FUSE.
The author, Simon Copland, has access to the same research resources as Marie Claire Australia and can manage to write and get it right.
He found no need to call us disordered and he was able to see past the freaking of intersex to the far more substantial feminist issues.
A worthy piece of writing that deserves wider circulation.
